despatch & delivery
the majority of orders delivered are dispatched the same day, via Royal Mail. Therefore, you can expect to receive your items within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. For heavy items, delivery may take an extra day or so, so please contact us if you have an urgent order in such cases. The ordering process includes you giving us your email details, so if there is any delay expected, we can inform you straight away.
Postage Costs are calculated automatically and displayed on the order form when you select the destination country. For orders containing multiple products, you'll only be charged the postage cost for one item.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.

both are easy and part of our total customer service package. There may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
we believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your products, but in the event that you do wish to return an item, you can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.
Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number.
For individual items over £200 in value, we reserve the right to charge a 15% return fee.
Please note that any underwear is an un-returnable item.
in the case of faulty goods please contact us by telephone (020 8466 0801) or email (email@example.com) and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We are not liable to replace or refund products with faults resulting from poor or improper use.
In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you for the cost of the return postage. Please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded). Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
